Health Within Reach Inc. values the trust of donors and supporters and is committed to respecting donor privacy.
Donor information may include a donor's name, contact information, donation amount, donation frequency, campaign designation, and other information voluntarily provided in connection with a contribution.
We may use donor information to acknowledge contributions, provide donation receipts or confirmations, maintain required financial records, communicate organizational updates, and support donor stewardship.
Health Within Reach does not sell, rent, or trade donor names, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, or other personal donor information to outside organizations for marketing purposes.
Online donations are processed through third-party payment providers such as Zeffy. Health Within Reach does not directly store full credit-card or bank-account information submitted through those providers.
Donors may request that their gift or identity not be publicly recognized. We will make reasonable efforts to honor donor anonymity requests, subject to legal and financial reporting requirements.
Donors may ask to stop receiving non-essential communications at any time by contacting Health Within Reach.
Health Within Reach intends to maintain records of funds raised, equipment purchased, and recipient organizations in support of responsible stewardship and donor transparency.
